Another Boy Birthday

I got the idea for this card from another Angel's Blog (forget where exactly, or I would link it!) I loved the color combo with the contrasting zebra.

I cut the circles using my Coluzzle, then 'borrowed' my scallopped decorative scissors back from Abby for the red. Remember when they were all the rage???? I'm dating myself...
